Founded in 1972, Southeastern Construction and Maintenance began as an industrial contractor in Central Florida. Headquartered in Mulberry, Florida, we helped build many of the region’s phosphate mining and processing facilities. Since then, we have expanded throughout the southeast and are a licensed general contractor in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina.

Supported by large steel fabrication facilities, Southeastern’s Field Operations Group specializes in industrial site construction. We provide site preparation, structural concrete, steel erection, mechanical installation, and in-plant maintenance. We serve all industrial markets, including power generation, mining, agriculture, oil and gas, chemical processing, pulp and paper, and waste-to-energy. Our single-source approach to fabrication and field construction delivers streamlined coordination and efficiency from conception through execution.

Our Field Operations Group has an in-depth understanding of industrial environments.
